Our social and environmental responsibility begins with operational excellence
Efficiently carrying out ship unloading, regasification and delivery operations, or loading micro-LNG carriers and tankers – all while avoiding fugitive emissions and other process inefficiencies : that implies constantly monitoring our equipment and energy consumption.

Professional equality Index
The principle adopted is that of an annual calculation of five indicators that reflect the situation of pay gaps between women and men in the company. The result is communicated in the form of an index with a score between 0 and 100 points. This calculation is carried out each year on the basis of data from the previous year.
In the event of unsatisfactory results (index below 75 out of 100), the company is required to implement an action plan to improve the situation within three years.
Beyond the legal requirements, at Elengy, we believe that gender equality is a factor in social progress, enriches our teams, and contributes to our company's performance. Our actions have significantly improved our index.
In 2025, our index score is 80. We are continuing our efforts to at least maintain this result!

On the first indicator, Elengy improved by 1 point and reached the maximum number of points: 40.
- On the second indicator, we scored below last year. In fiscal year 2026, we will be more vigilant in our monitoring.
- On indicators 3 and 5, we improved our results (=value) even though the number of points obtained remained stable.
- On indicator 4, we are fully compliant.

Elengy, a company moving towards a low-carbon world
In order to achieve a successful transition, we have defined three strategic guidelines that lead our actions and investments:
- Reducing the carbon footprint of our business and assets,
- Assisting in the the decarbonization of heavy trucks and boats,
- Contributing to the decarbonization of industrial plants around our terminals.
That way, we are gradually transforming our LNG terminals into multi-service hubs for decarbonization.
Our commitments
In our quest for continuous improvement, we publish an annual report detailing our significant progress related to our CSR policy. This report is also the vehicle for communicating our carbon footprint, demonstrating our transparency and determination to reduce our ecological footprint.
