Some of the data is collected because it is necessary for the implementation and the execution of contracts offered by Elengy or its subsidiaries. Elengy also uses these for its legitimate interest, in particular for business development and marketing operations aimed at its clients and potential clients. If this data is not provided, Elengy will not be able to enter into the contracts offered.
Elengy strives at customising its services in order to better meet the expectations of its clients or potential clients.
