French LNG REMIT Central Collection & Publication Platform
About this platform :
This platform provides a facility for our customers that as market participants are obligated under Article 4 of Regulation (EC) No 1227/2011 to publish REMIT inside information notifications, and for those interested in such notifications, to view them on this platform.
Elengy and Fosmax LNG offer this platform in accordance with the Deliberation of the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) dated 20 June 2013 deciding on the information published on the use of the LNG terminals.

Your data is kept for five (5) years after the last use of your account and is reserved for the use of the department concerned and may only be communicated to the following recipients of Elengy and Fosmax LNG: IT department, Operation & Scheduling Department, Commercial Department and any other party that may concerned. The full list of recipients can be supplied upon request by writing to the following address: communication.externe@elengy.com.
In accordance with the prevailing regulations, you may request access to or the rectification or erasure of your data. You also have the right to the restriction of and to object to processing of your data and the right to portability of your data. You may exercise all of these rights by contacting: legal@elengy.com. All requests must be accompanied by proof of identity. You are also informed that you may assert your rights with the CNIL regarding the processing of your data by Elengy and by its subsidiary Fosmax LNG.
