The law of 5 September 2018 "for the freedom to choose one's professional future" establishes for all companies an obligation of result on equal pay between women and men.
The principle adopted is that of the annual calculation of five indicators that reflect the situation of the pay gap between women and men in the company. The result is communicated in the form of an index with a score between 0 and 100 points. This calculation is carried out annually. In the event of insufficient results (index less than 75 out of 100), the company is required to put in place an action plan to improve the situation within three years.
In 2020 our index result is 84. We are pleased with these good results. We will continue our efforts in the coming years.
