Code of Conduct
As a regulated facility operator, Elengy has a Code of Conduct laying down its commitments to its customers. This Code of Conduct is distributed to all employees.
- Safeguarding Commercially Sensitive Information (CSI) in line with the Energy Code. Unless expressly authorised by our customers, we undertake not to disclose the name, company details or any individual and specific information concerning contracts. To this end, Elengy applies a set of internal measures based on employee awareness and responsibility, along with appropriate protection of its information system.
- Non discrimination. Elengy undertakes to deal with its customers in a transparent and fair manner when handling requests, providing access to LNG terminals, invoicing services and managing contracts.
- Transparency. We publish information relating to access to our services. A compliance officer checks our tariffs, our booking methods, our capacity allocations and our operational data. He thus guarantees the full compliance of our information (with respect to legislation, regulations, and new European directives) before it is published or updated.
